I photographed this grizzly bear back
in 2016. I started the painting in 2017.
I put it aside for a long time, but
eventually got around to finishing it.
The painting took approximately 1500 hours.
It depicts a life-size bear named Shintay,
surrounded by 71 bear-related toys.
